Workbook Modules

Activities in the RTF are guided by a Workbook written specifically for that purpose. The Workbook is divided into modules containing instructions for conducting a variety of practical exercises. New modules are added and existing ones updated periodically, with several currently being re-edited and updated (modules with asterisk).

Listed below are the active modules, with links to both html and MS-Word formats for complete working copies. Most students complete Modules I-X, and then do some or all of the remaining ones depending upon available time, requests of the faculty sponsor, and demands of the specific faculty research project.

For instructional purposes, a summary description of modules I-X, listing equipment and materials needed, is provided at:  Modules I-X: Synopsis
